My name is Gemma Datuin, and I have a passion for entrepreneurship that runs deep in my bloodline. With a family history spanning three generations and over 50 years in the food and restaurant industry, I have cultivated a keen understanding of the intricacies and challenges of this dynamic field. Originally from the Philippines, I have since made New York City my home base, where I continue to pursue my entrepreneurial endeavors.

Through my experiences navigating between these two vibrant locations, I've recognized the untapped potential for virtual solutions in the restaurant industry.
